To top that, the Apple Core would also recognize all our alumni as they played a huge part in making a name for the Apple Core as one of the top junior programs on the east coast and at the tier III level. It’s safe to say the Apple Core name is known throughout the hockey world since our debut at Long Beach Arena to our current home at Brewster Ice Arena.
