Cosentino will be entering his 3^rd season as head coach of the NY Apple Core Jr. B Team…Last season, he led the Jr. B ‘Core to the Empire League ‘Final Four’…In two seasons as head coach, Cosentino has a regular season record of 54-18-8-1 and a playoff record of 8-4…Cosentino has moved over 20 of his players on to college and/or Junior A hockey in the past two seasons…In 2007 and 2006, was named coach of the Empire League All-Stars who competed in Minnesota and Chicago…In 2007, was an evaluator and coach with USA Hockey at the New York State Festival Camps…In 2004/2005, Cosentino served as assistant coach of the NY Apple Core Jr. B Team…In 2004, was an assistant coach for Team New York City at the Empire State Games…In 2004, worked in the New York Rangers Public Relations Department…In 2002/2003, served as a red-shirt at Division 1 Iona College after transferring from SUNY-Geneseo…Cosentino played four seasons with Apple Core’s EJHL team from 1998-2002…

 *In 2008, Cosentino will be named head coach of the New York Apple Core EJHL team; making him one of the youngest Junior A coaches in USA Hockey history…

 Hellemeyer will be entering his 1^st season as assistant coach of the NY Apple Core Jr. B Team where he will be serve as special teams a defense coach...Last season, Hellemeyer played for the Wheeling Nailers of the ECHL...In 2004, graduated with a degree in political science from Yale University…Played four years of college hockey at Yale, and was named team captain his senior year…In 1999, played for Team USA at the Four Nations Tournament in the Czech Republic…Hellemeyer played three seasons with the NY Apple Core EJHL Team from 1997-2000…
